In related news, I have pulled out the cd's from the 2003 Crusade Women's Conference "Made for This" ~ they still inspire me at every listen, so if any of you chicks would like to borrow one let me know! I'm trying to find info on how to obtain additional copies, but they're not at the online store. However, I did find other messages from the same speakers that I may have to check out! (I'll ask Sarah - my Cru guru).

well... in all honesty I have also adjusted the "goal weight".
