Rachel Pinto and Scotti Bungee started us off in style (and with not a few laughs...). By mid-evening they had dubbed themselves "The Flaming Buntos". Luckily, they have me as a self-appointed manager, and I was able to explain that their name was too emo. They are not emo. They are singer-songwriters who also cover bluegrass songs. They needed something americana... something that would make Gram Parsons proud... they needed to add "sisters". Yes, folks, that is why they pay me the big bucks.
